The Nea Onnim podcast offers a new narrative on Africa and the African diaspora through the exploration of Adinkra symbols.

“In the year 2020 and following the murder of George Floyd, I had enough of the social constructs and narratives that were there to exploit and de-humanise people from Africa and the diaspora. I launched the Nea Onnim podcast to help me unlearn. My understanding was from a Western perspective. It was time to listen to the stories and experiences of people who have a connection with the continent.
I intend to educate myself and help evolve the narrative, this is where the stories will be, and I hope you join me on my journey. ”
